Jannah Health Services is a Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS) program provider in the state of Minnesota. We provide client-centered services which comply with the Minnesota Department of Health rules and regulations.

Jennah Health Services, philosophy is to ensure that our clients and their families have access to quality rehabilitative and specialty care services in the comfort of their homes and community in a manner that is culturally appropriate
